Organizational structure
Create, view and keep up to date the organizational structure of the company using AlmexBPM platform. Integrate your AlmexBPM with third-party personnel accounting systems if you need to update the organizational structure on a regular basis. Administrators can group users according to various criteria: project teams, departments, departments or any other structural units. Each user inside the system has a personal profile containing corporate data: last name, first name, middle name, post, structural unit, email, work phone number, photo, data on the digital signature certificate (public key), privacy stamps, roles, groups, a list of notifications sent by the system, a history of user actions, and so on.
